I can't find my compression sack

Before you contact support, please check the following locations for your compression sack:

1. Unzip the FULL main zipper and look inside the sleeping bag, allllllllll the way down to the foot. Feel around for the hard plastic clips and webbing as the sack itself is a similar feel to the bag's lining.
2. Check the pillow pocket that is located in the hood of the sleeping bag, sometimes it gets tucked in the pocket for safe keeping.
3. Re-check the storage sack/cube the bag came in. It's possible when you unfurled your bag it fell off into there.

Typically the compression sack when the bag is produced is typically attached to the cinch cord of the hood but have been known to detach and fall into one of these three places. If you find it then GREAT! We hope you enjoy your gear!

If you check these spots and it is truly missing, we're happy to send you one! Just note we currently only offer generic NEMO branded compression sacks. While it won't be an exact match to your original, rest assured that these have the same construction and provide the same compressed volume.
