What size sleeping bag should I get?

Our mens and womens bags can fit up to different heights, depending on the length you choose.

Men’s Regular: fits up to 6′

Men’s Long: fits up to 6′6"

Women's Regular: fits up to 5′6"

Women's Long: fits up to 6′

If you are under or up to the max height requirement of a bag- wonderful! This will be the perfect bag size to keep warm on your adventures.

But what if I'm at the max height or slightly under/over for the regular length? Should I pick the long?

Great question! If you are at the max height listed above or slightly under, we recommend sticking with the regular length. Your feet will not be touching or pushing against the bottom of the bag. Choosing the long length will add 4-6" of excess space that leaves the risk of developing a cold pockets in the bag (when there's no body to emit heat in a bag to then be insulated in by the down). That can potentially lead to you being cold!
