Online orders shipping via ground service typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day, however processing time at the warehouse CAN vary based on the season and workload. That said, it can take a few business days to fulfill an order during busy periods such as during the summer. Please note that your ship method does NOT affect this processing time, although we do try to prioritize any expedited orders that come through. We do not refund shipping for orders that deliver late if we have fulfilled our 1 business day promise.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays – for express orders made on these occasions, we will process them on the next business day, but please note that shipping carriers may NOT deliver on weekends. Please take that into account when ordering.
