We get it, it's frustrating to not find a package you've been patiently waiting for! But, take a deep breath, you got this.
In most cases we ask that you wait 72 hours from the delivery date before reaching out to us, as packages may sometimes be marked by the carrier as delivered a bit early. In the meantime, it might be helpful to check with your neighbors, look in your mailbox, ask your building management, and check nearby delivery spots or random spots a delivery driver may drop it off.
If 72 hours pass and you still can't find it, feel free to contact our customer service team and we'll see what we can do for you! Please note that we do need to file a claim with the carrier on you behalf.
Please note however that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout or if the recipient is no longer at that address.
