Errors commonly occur from issues with the billing address entered with payment info for an order. Most commonly the zip code/postal code may block an order from being processed if it isn’t entered exactly as it appears with your issuing bank. Our recommendation is to contact your bank to double check you have your information entered correctly.
Card authorizations do occur even if this error is present, but as these don’t have an order tied to them they should expire within 3-5 business days. If you still see any charges on your account we would be happy to investigate further for you.
