Canceling an Order
We process and ship orders quickly — often within hours of placement. Because of this, we can only cancel orders placed within the past two hours, and even then, we may not be able to stop shipment in time.
Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.
If you need to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team immediately and we'll do our best to help. If we're unable to cancel before your order ships, NEMO is not responsible issuing a return-to-sender request on your behalf. You'll need to either refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the package.
Editing a billing/shipping address
Similar to canceling an order, because we process orders quickly we can only attempt address edits for orders placed within the past two hours. If you need to edit an address, contact our Customer Service team immediately and we'll do our best to help.
If a change request cannot be made, or if we are unable to update your address before it ships, you are responsible for contacting the courier with NEMO and for any fees incurred for this change.
Adjusting an Order
We are unable to add or remove items, or adjust the shipping method or speed on an already confirmed order order.
If you need to make changes, you have two options:
- Cancel your order (if within the two-hour window) and place a new one

Place a separate order for any additional items you need
- If both the original order and the replacement expedited order ship successfully, you may request a return for the unwanted order through our Customer Service team. NOTE: Not available to pros.
