Our goal is to ship your gear as quickly as possible, so if you absolutely need to cancel please contact us within 2 hours of order placement. Even then there is a chance we may not be able to grab it, so please make sure you're ordering correctly (items, quantities, ship address, etc) before submitting your order!!
Because of our expediency in shipping orders, we cannot add or remove items from your order after it has been placed and it has been confirmed by NEMO. You can cancel the order and place a new one, or you are welcome to place a new order for the missing items in your original order online.
If you must cancel the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
