Don't worry, you haven't been charged twice!
What you see on your statement may be a card authorization hold for your order, not actual charges. Multiple holds can appear due to checkout errors, which you can read about here.
NEMO only charges your account when your order ships, so authorizations aren't refundable. They usually disappear within 7 days, but this can vary by your issuing bank's policy. If it's been over 7 days and you need assistance, please contact us!
