If you live outside the United States or Canada, your warranty claim will be handled differently than in North America.
How international warranties work
NEMO’s international warranty policies vary by country. This is because warranty coverage is influenced by local laws and regional practices, and is typically managed by NEMO’s authorized distributor in your area.
What you should do
-
Start with your original retailer
Your retailer is usually the best place to begin a warranty claim and can guide you through the process. We ALWAYS recommend starting here, unless your product was purchased in North America, if so, file a standard claim with NEMO. -
Contact your local NEMO distributor
If your retailer is unable to assist, the next step is to check with the distributor. Warranty support is handled regionally, so your local distributor will determine how your claim is processed and what solutions are available. In some cases, NEMO is the distributor (please note, for EU only) and then we recommend you filing a standard claim with NEMO. -
Have proof of purchase ready
A valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for any warranty claim. Lack of proof of purchase will mean we cannot move forward with a resolution.
If you’re in the EU or UK
NEMO products are covered by a regional warranty (typically two years) in addition to any local consumer rights. Claims are still initiated through your retailer.
If you can’t reach a distributor
If you are unable to get help from your retailer or local distributor:
- Gather your proof of purchase
- Contact your original retailer again for assistance
- If needed, submit a request to NEMO’s support team with detailed information about your issue
