The repair process at NEMO takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. This time varies based on the complexity of the repair and the time of year it is sent in. As you may expect, we receive a significant number of our repair requests from late spring to early fall, when most people are adventuring outdoors. Our Warranty team is mighty but small, so it may take longer to repair and return your item during this busy time period. Please plan accordingly and send items in as soon as possible — winter is the best time to do so!
