How do I start a new return?

NEMO products purchased directly through our webstore may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Product(s) MUST be returned in new, unused and clean condition with all the original packaging and components. Items returned in not new shape will be subject to a reshelving fee removed from the refund total.

We will not process refunds for items not purchased directly through the NEMO website. Please reach out to your retailer to make a return.
