Per our warranty policy, warranty is granted to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from a NEMO authorized dealer.
NEMO gear purchased secondhand is not covered under our lifetime warranty due to unknown use and potential existing problems upon purchase. This includes items purchased in used gear stores/sections, online marketplaces such as eBay and Facebook, and gifted/inherited items from family and friends.
Even if your item isn’t covered under warranty, we’re still happy to offer our services! We have spare parts and can do non-warranty repairs for a nominal fee. If you'd like to proceed with either of those options, please submit a request!
