What’s better for me: an insulated or uninsulated pad?

If you’ll be using the sleeping pad in a cold environment, we’d suggest an insulated pad which will keep you warm down to air temperatures of 15-25 degrees. If you’re going to be in a warmer environment, consider an uninsulated pad which still insulate well down to an air temperature range of 30-40 degrees. Keep in mind that your pad and sleeping bag work together to keep you warm, so make sure to choose an appropriate sleeping bag too!
