If you have misplaced your proof of purchase or did not receive one (e.g. you received the gear as a gift), please continue to submit your warranty claim/repair request. The receipt is extremely helpful for us in gathering important information but not always necessary. Just remember to submit proper photos of the product with the issue you are experiencing along with an estimated date of when you received/purchased it.
NOTE: NEMO's international warranty differs from country to country, depending on local consumer protection laws and customs, and therefore proof of purchase may be required in some instances.
