Why do I not see Pro pricing?

Purchases made through our Pro Program are a privilege offered to fellow industry employees and professional adventurers. As such, we prioritize inventory for all customers before making it available at a discount for our pros. 

When overall inventory is low, you may not see a particular item available at a discount on the Pro site. (Anything that is available at a discount will reflect on the pro site.) If you prefer not to wait, you can always purchase an item for full price on our standard website.

To stay updated on the availability of the specific item you're interested in, we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist. You can do this by visiting the URL page of the product and signing up for updates.

PLEASE NOTE: We do highly recommend keeping an eye on our authorized dealers, including REI and Backcountry, as they may receive inventory before we do.
