Why do I not see Pro pricing?

Purchases made through our Pro Program are a privilege offered to fellow industry employees and professional adventurers. As such, we prioritize inventory for all customers before making it available at a discount for our pros. 

When overall inventory is low, you may not see a particular item available at a discount on the Pro site. (Anything that is available at a discount will reflect on the pro site.) If you prefer not to wait, you can always purchase an item for full price on our standard website.

If items are unavailable on both sites, we suggest adding yourself to the waitlist on our direct website. At this time, we do not have a waitlist for re-stocks on our pro website. We recommend always keeping an eye out!
