NEMO products purchased directly through our webstore may be exchanged as long as items are in new, unused and clean condition with all the original packaging and components. If the product to be received upon the exchange is of greater value than the product being returned, the cost of the returned product will be applied to the exchange and the customer will be responsible for the difference.
